  If I could give a negative number I would! I have been contacted several times over the last 8 years or so saying I owe on a loan that was paid off years ago. They keep saying they will take me to court but the amount is almost 4x the original amount. Tired of being harassed!

  I was a customer of this company with good standing for the last 10 years at least. The last time I was there, the "manager" was standing in for store 1232 (due to shortage of employees) back in May 2024 and entered my bank account information wrong. None of the money was taken out on time (I do not check my accounts often because I knew what was in there) so my credit took a huge hit for their mistake. I went in on my own in July 2024 and was told the loan was "re-presented" due to their mistake but they did not clear anything on my credit! Then I paid it off early to be done with this and NONE of the money went towards my principle. To pay it off, I paid more than I actually took out on the loan which meant they never "re-presented" anything they just got my account information so they could get paid. None of this was my fault in the first place, and their company did absolutely NOTHING to resolve this. No accountability!! Worst experience ever. I wish I could leave 0 stars

  I keep getting calls from them. They call from ************. I called back and gave them my name, asking why they were calling. The person then asked for last 4 of my social or my date of birth. Seems like a total scam. I told them to stop calling but they will not stop. I'm not aware of having any business with this company. I think it's a scam.

  I usually have no problem with this company. Today I was misled by the online department. I was advised if I paid off my loan with a debit card today, I can get a new loan the same day. This is not true for my state. I paid off my loan and now I have to wait for the cool off period to be over before I can get another one.

  This company will deny you credit with out validation of information on the application, Ive try to send them all of the documents they need to validate the information,,,,they wont accept any of the documents Ive sent them

  I never had any issues when I borrowed from them. I just wanted to report that, like other reviewers, I also received a notice from a place called Vanguard stating that I owe Check N Go money on a loan. First of all, the last time I borrowed from them was years ago. I believe it was in 2012 or 2013. After the last time I paid them off, I switched to a different company. I know for a fact that I would not have been able to borrow from the other company if I had not paid Check N Go as that is the first thing the agent at the other company told me so this is definitely a scam. I know that they are not the scammers but Check N Go should do a better job of protecting customer information so that the scammers can't get their hands on it.
