"I give pure romance 0 stars the customer service rep named Lori is horrible I placed a order and an item was missing and I went back and forth with her unprofessional self about my order like I told her if it wasn’t in my order then the person who packed the order must have taken it because orders go through a QC check how could that have been missed she shipped it with no incentives stating she don’t owe me and be cashed is shipping the item out to me which came unwrapped all my other items were wrapped except for my basic instinct I wanted to host a party through them but now oh no I would never have my customers to have to deal with Lori"
