    Rex was the assigned tech by ******** **** ****** for a claim I filed on 12/26/2023. ******** **** ******'s contract reads that the tech assigned to a claim will respond within 24-48 hours (it should be 12 hours). Rex phoned within 24 hours and we set an appointment for him to visit my home on 01/02/2024. Rex resolved the plumbing issue in a satisfactory manner upon this visit. Since Sage Mechanical has other customers other than those assigned to him by ******** **** ******, *** customers are slotted in Sage's scheduling system which is fair. What is not fair is ***** wait time for a tech to respond. So other customers need to understand that. *** contractual 24/48 hours is not expeditious because that gives any given tech 2 days to respond to the date of the initial claim which is added to the wait time for the scheduling time of the assigned tech. I would recommend Rex and Sage Mechanical as a trustworthy entity to do business with.

    Sage mechanical was dispatched to my home from a work order I placed with my home warranty company. Rex is the owner I believe. They came to my home for a rusted off drain pipe that was leaking. He came into my home, very briefly looked and said he would come back to fix it. After MANY attempts to reach him, I called my warranty company. They tried to contact him, he said he’d get the proper paper work to get the problem solved. 9 DAYS went by and still nothing. This company is the most UNPROFESSIONAL I’ve seen in a long time. Needless to say, I asked for a new contractor to come fix the problem . 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND SAGE MECHANICAL.

    This company is a complete joke. I believe Rex is the owner. Was sent out by ******** **** ****** for a water heater leak. He said it was our PR valve. Was coming back to fix it in two days and this incompetent individual didn't see the main water shut-off valve located on the floor next to the water heater. I wasn't there to point it out to him but as a plumber, why wouldn't he know this? Tried to shut the water off in the crawl space and was too big to fit down there. Since he couldn't fit, he made it seem as if it was a different problem other than the valve, typical incompetence when you don't know what you're doing!!! Then he was nonresponsive to the home warranty company for weeks. Only to contact them after I gave a bad google review to come into my home. YOU WILL NOT STEP FOOT BACK INTO MY HOME! What is your motive for responding now? Business needs to be shut down!!!
