Great contractor to work with. We met with him and showed him all of our ideas and what we were wanting. He came back with much better home ideas, and we couldn’t be happier with our home! We get so many compliments on how beautiful it is! We always wanted a “home” for our kids to grow up in, and they love it! We can’t thank him enough and all of his workers for all they did during the process and how smooth they made it!

Contractor put in bid to build our home. Then he changed blueprint and lowered walls without our consent or knowledge. He cussed us out regularly over money and allowances. He constantly wanted us to take every shortcut and cheapest way possible then wouldn’t share information on quotes and tracking allowances. Wanted my wife there on site every day with him. Would try to bulldoze her over decisions we already made. Then he’d make comments that she didn’t need a shower because she was a small girl and had a small ***, her *** would never be big, he just knew. He then asked for out for drinks at ********. He would ask if they could remain close personal friends after the build. She began crying and getting anxious over meeting. He would beckon her on a whim, expect her to leave her job to come to site. Ask her to take off work, call in, go in late, etc. He even did it when telling her she needed to be there with him and the electrician and gave 3 possible days and no time frame with no notice and it fell on our sons birthday. She eventually told me she couldn’t do it anymore and to take over. He wasn’t pleased meeting me and locked us out of our property. When we tried to ask for a key, he hit me and strangled me. Now we in court over physical violence as well as him quitting the job. He’s trying to extort another $180k from us when would be 28K more than the bid for the entire FINISHED home and we still need the entire interior completed. He cut corners and home inspector found so many things wrong that need fixed asap! Avoid at all costs for so so so many reasons! Don’t let the creep around your wives!
