    Unfortunately, Pantuso Architect went beyond the scope of their contract without our approval. This happened more than once in the relationship. Pantuso architects contracted for hourly services, charged us for the work but when asked 6 times for the hourly invoices after we paid, the invoices we NEVER received. Pantuso architect designs were significantly above scope of work budget constraints so we could not operationalize plans. Pantuso architects were asked to reimburse out of scope work and were unwilling.

    Pantuso Architecture prides itself on improving the form and function of homes through strong collaboration with its clients. It is unfortunate that Pantuso Architecture nor the company before us was able to satisfy this client's request. Although everything in the design was listed in the contract, it is disappointing to leave any client less than 100% satisfied. At Pantuso Architecture we make every effort to communicate the implications of a client's decisions from a design, budget, or timing perspective. It is unfortunate to learn that our operating style did not line up with the expectations of this individual client. While Pantuso Architecture does not agree with the assertions voiced in this review, we humbly accept the feedback and will continue to maintain our best-in-class service to avoid a similar client experience in the future.
