      They scam you by paying for your water bill even though you have already paid it. Then they add it on your rent and charge late fees so they can eviction you

      I have been staying with my boyfriend for a while in alliance ohio. We have filed many maintenance orders and taken pictures of everything wrong with the property. We stay upstairs, our downstairs neighbors, who are not good people, are always complaining about the pipes leaking and also flooding their basement. There's mold all over the bathroom ceiling. There's black mold and water damage all throughout the house. It has made my asthma incredibly worse to the point hospital care is needed. There's holes it the roof that need repaired terribly because every time it rains it leaks everywhere in the house and has ruined many of our personal belongings. We have called many times, spoke to many people, but Clear Sky never seems to fix anything at all. They sent someone out to fix our furnace but they didn't even fix it and there's still a gas leak. Now we can't even be warm this winter. Clear Sky are a bunch slum lords in my opinion and definitely should reimburse people for all the money that was wasted. We pay so much to live like peasants. You have enough money to fix these properties. This is not a company i would recommend to anyone. Definitely is not somewhere to raise children. I will have to go to the city, this house is bad enough to be condemned permanently. Serious health hazards. Like we don't even have a fire escape!
