"We rented from them in 2021 with a year lease, and when it was shown to us by a well dressed man he said it was the best in the city, claimed it was safe and clean. Upon further inspection if the apartment there were roaches that came out of the wall and door borders exposed showing bed bugs were previously there." ... Read full review

"My issue is i feel that they take advantage of the rental community renting houses that wouldn't pass code from holes in walls pest infestation water damage no one comes to fix anything different people picking rent up it's a lot to even go on at this point the health inspector building code specialist should be checking their properties before allowing them to rent to anyone. Me and my son and niece during their visit have all be hospitalized due to the mold in the basement I've been waiting since June 2022 for my water pipes to be fixed and still nothing." ...
