"On Tuesday May 6th 2025 I called this business they told me 69$ just for them to come out so I said cool so they arrived and then said that he couldn’t find the gas leak but the gas company told me different so finally he found the problem BUT didn’t give me a quote he just fixed it without giving me a quote and charged me 451$ the supervisor did send me a check for 151$ BUT he said that he can’t give me a full refund they charged for a gold card membership for 25$ which I have no clue what that is and why I was being charged they also said that they charge 266$ a hour so they made sure they were here over an hour and they replaced the gas supply line which was probably 20-25$ it’s just a tube for a gas stove that goes right in the back of the stove then the technicians said that they get this problem all the time with customers being shocked with the price well yeah if you don’t give a quote 1st and just take it upon themselves to fix it and not giving you a choice to shop around and see if you can get a cheaper price I will NEVER use this company ever again!" ...
