  Obviously my complaints are all the same as the ones below. No trash pick up for a week, no customer service to speak to, no communication about back ups in our area. Nothing. Just radio silence. Weeping Willow should be ashamed of themselves. They got too greedy, took on to many customers and couldn't service them all. And of course, we paid in advance for the quarter.

  Weeping Willow Waste service is absolutely the worst. No pick up for 2 weeks and no response to 3 texts. When I call it goes to voicemail box is always full. In addition I paid up to july and would like my money returned. On facebook they post some pretty lam excuses such as Truck broke down and truck in repair shop, also 2 drivers out sick. At this time I want my check returned

  Terrible communication with customers. My trash is 8 days past due being picked up. Some people are 4 weeks past due. I paid for service in not receiving.

  This is by far the worst company I've ever been associated with. First off they promised trash cans to customers, still haven't received them and it's been months. And last but not least they're never on time, been waiting 3 days for my trash to be picked up. Switching back to ****** next week. Just terrible

  No service no call a week and a day late won't answer phone no way to leave a message texted no communication.

  This trash service is trash! They were great with their promises and lies. When we first got them they hadn't boomed yet. They answered the phone and text back. Now you can't even get a response from anyone the mailbox to the voicemail is always full. They also are trying to charge me for the previous quarter even though I have a receipt from them in my email that I paid the previous quarter. They also are charging me for recycling however they don't do it they put the recycling in the trash truck. What rip off scam artist stuff is that. No communication with customers what so ever. They show up when they want and if they want. Terrible terrible.

  Worst trash service ever..They're nice and everything but their priorities suck when it comes to getting back with their clients and picking up your trash, recycle etc..at least that's what our experience was so we switched back to our old trash company
