      1 month after moving into my new home, I notice my garage was flooding after hard rains and called Gettamy to help determine the issue. It was explained to me on the phone they could help with performing a solution based on their experiences with other home owners on my street. After they told me that they would use their camera to locate the issue causing the leak, they said they seen a tree root that crushed my drain line. Then I asked what they would do to fix it and they said they do not perform any work but referred me to an excavator that could. I asked them for proof or video / camera footage showing the crushed drain line and location of it. They asked me for payment of $200 of which I paid on the spot and never received video/photos. After several months, I called back asking for the video/photos and the main office said they don't keep those and to call the technician, *****. I called ******** said to call the office because he does not have them. Recently, I hired my own excavation company to rectify this situation and told this company the area ******* said was in need of repair. After exposing the the area, there was NO drain line in that location and nothing crushed by tree roots. I have photo evidence of this and I would like people to know including the owner of Gettamy, that this technician lied and took my money. I would also like my $200 returned for this terrible service and failure to help me.
