    AWS was sent to my property twice. Once to fix a water heater that eventually needed replaced. The employee was racing through the work, offered no long-term solution and left. He was then sent to fix a leak. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response. They responded via text only with, again, no solution. I was told they didn't want to do the work, and had never informed me. The most unprofessional company to work with. 0/10 would recommend.

    Service call was through Home Warrenty. They arrived as promised. Even provided tracking and a way to call technician. He was very professional and friendly. Fixed the problem right away. Thank you

    Terrible company. They were sent to my home by the home warranty company and the Guy showed up to my home with a bad attitude. He was verbally aggressive. Was at my house less than 5 minutes before he started yelling at me and refusing to diagnose my leaks. Then submitted a fraudulent report to the home warranty company. He would t give me his name and made me feel threatened in my home
