  I had to leave one star to leave the review. I would give no stars! I chose them because they are a family operated business and veterans. What a mistake! They painted everything using the wrong color. When they came back to redo everything it was like they were doing me a favor. They were so sloppy.paint everywhere it shouldnt be on the floors and trim. They used a paint that was supposed to be as hard as nails and it chips every time you look at it hard. They have big business clients that they couldnt quit talking about and were in such a rush to finish my little job to get to the big money. They dont care about the average home owner. Theyre only in it for the money. Very rude and disrespectful for people that botched the job! When I reached out they ignored me completely with zero response. Never hire this company.

  We're sorry she fills this way.

  We treated her with respect, any disrespect came from her. She said my sons truck was offensive. He had a ***** sticker on it,and she didn't want him to bring his truck back to her location. The paint was mis tented by ******* ********, who gave us the right color free. We went up and repainted here walls. As for doors, and kitchen cabinets, we used ******* acrylic enamel, with polyurethane. She was told not to wash it,and to watch scratches for 30 days. It takes 30 days for complete cure. She had spilt a cleaning material on it. We repainted it for her twice,even though she broke the warranty. She also asked us to paint a platform that her washer and dryer were to sit on. She was told we didn't have time because we had other jobs to do,not that they were more important. There was  white over spray on floor,and ceiling light fixtures. This was done previously by another painting *** The only white we did was for crown molding, which we brushed. We have pictures of this,and the cabinets. We did get some orange accent on door trim, which should have been cleaned. My son didn't clean it because she was painting trim herself. He was wrong for this. We also bought trim paint for her. After hostile remark about truck I broke off communication.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I would not hire these guys again if my life depended on it. I hired them to paint my new build, and they took every shortcut, and lazy way to accomplishing something they could. The dad ***** will tell you and promise you the world. His actual workers do not meet his expectation and theyre not held accountable to that. He does not follow up on the job or inspect what he expects. I didnt allow them to come back for punch out finishing out of pure anger for their laziness and poor work. Doing it myself was the better option. Do not be fooled by their decent pricing, you get what you pay for. I am truly ashamed at my decision to hire this company.

  My wife hired Richard and Sons Plus Daughter Painting in March of 2024 to paint three bathrooms, master bedroom and some additional walls in our loft, stairwells, and family room. The consultation went smoothly. Color recommendations were provided and the job was quoted approximately $3800. They were flexible regarding the painting schedule and estimated four days to complete the job. They showed up and started work timely and the painters both had a professional demeanor. They finished the job in two days instead of the four days anticipated. No adjustment of labor cost was made for finishing two days early. Additionally, the light in one of our bathrooms was shorted out during the paint job, the master bedroom ceiling was painted the wrong color, and the painting craftsmanship in some rooms was very poor (poor drywall repair, dripped paint,  only one coat application (old color shows through), missed spots, etc.). The manager said they would replace the light, which cost $150. We could tell the light was damaged by the painter because paint was all over the inside of the electrical box and the light was put back on the wall loosely. The next day the manager blamed it on our electrician who originally installed the light and refused to pay for the light as he originally promised. The next issue was the craftsmanship of the paint job. The manager again said they would come fix the issues from the job because he "wanted us to get what we paid for". However after that promise, he never returned any phone calls, texts, or voicemails to date. They started out very professional, but quickly became very unprofessional when any issue arose. The craftsmanship and customer service are poor. Based on these issues I would use at your own risk and I would not recommend this company.

  I recommend steering clear of this company. I paid them a lot to paint the walls, ceiling, woodwork and cabinetry of my approximately 9x10 galley kitchen. I paid them thinking everything was done but when the sun came out I noticed they had missed a few spots. Then my cabinets started to chip. They chip if I ever look at them At first I thought I had not let the paint dry so I touched them up. The job was completed in February and they are still chipping. The man at ******* ******** said either they did not prep the surface properly or they used the wrong kind of paint. Now I get no response when I contact the owner. They came highly recommended by a friend but I can't recommend them. They also go by the name *** ********.
