    I had all my packages from UPS sent to this location… While they were closed for renovation, they lost a package of mine worth approximately $100… After I voiced my displeasure about their business practices, they had the nerve to mark the package as delivered! Now, as it is, I can’t even receive a refund because the vendor believes that UPS has passed the package on to me!!! Furthermore, I had another package arriving that next day after this happened, and they refused to accept the package from the carrier! They attempted to send the package back to its point of origin, however, I called the local UPS hub in Obetz, Ohio, informed them of the situation, and intercepted the package before it was sent back, luckily… Businesses should not treat individuals this way, who have no control over how vendors ship their packages! They are there to provide a service, and if everybody did their job the way they were supposed to do it we would not have these problems… This is not the first problem that I have had with them, but it is the last because I am changing the place where I am picking up my orders from here on… I didn’t deserve to be treated this way, and I am making this complaint, so maybe they will treat others better in the future… I am hoping, in good faith that this complaint reaches them, and that they seriously rethink how they are currently doing business… It is sad that we can’t even get what we pay for nowadays… please help!
