    We thought we found a better deal (largely because of cardboard) but we didn't! Glad they were able to work us back into their route! They show up as scheduled; empty the container & move out. No muss no fuss.

    Rude as hell, made it clear that he would come onto my property & dump everything out of my bin over $46 I said would be paid first thing Saturday. The guy on the phone proceeded to have an attitude from the start of the call & got ruder and ruder through out our conversation. He talked to me like I'm dumb. Life happens & things get in the way. Definitely changing trash companies. I'll take everything to the landfill before ever using n.a.t. services again. They are rude and thinks the sun shines from his a$$

    Customer would not make payment on their account. Gave them 2 extra weeks to make some kind of payment. They would not let us have our property back. They required us to enlist the assistance of the Wood Sheriff Department to intervene. If they paid their bill on time, this would have never happened.
