"I asked this company to come out and give me an ESTIMATE on chimney work. They examined the exterior and when the woman wanted to examine the inside, she mentioned she had to vacuum the inside of chimney and clean it up to be able to examine looking up and know what additional damage might show to include in estimate." ... "I hired this company to clean my chimney in my Masonry brick fireplace, the tool they used to clean my chimney never even scratched the surface! They did a fine job of vacuuming out the lower portion of the fireplace, but never actually cleaned the chimney."
