      I had a great experience with Arhaus a few years ago, but this latest purchase has been an absolute disaster from start to (hopefully soon) finish.The first salesperson I worked with was disorganized and difficult to follow, which made the process frustrating right out of the gate. When I asked for a different sales **** the next one seemed more interested in pushing the sale through than actually helping **** was told the couch would be delivered in 68 weeks. That timeline came and went with no update. I had to call the store myself, only to be told there was another 4-week delay. Not once did anyone proactively reach out.Trying to get help through Arhaus concierge was equally disappointing. Despite claiming a 48-hour response time, it routinely took a week or more to get even a basic replyif they responded at ****** week 12, I still hadnt heard anything. I had to call again, only to find out there was yet another delay. Only after that call did customer service finally respond and offer less than a 10% reimbursementas if that makes up for the complete lack of service and accountability.Weeks later, I checked the order status myself and found it had moved into delivery prep. No email. No phone call. Nothing. Just another task for me to chase down. I had to call and pay the delivery balance, and now Im waiting again for a scheduling call. At this point, I have zero confidence that Ill receive my furniture within the next two weeks.If it does finally show up, that will make it a full 16 weekstwice the delivery window I was promised.This experience has been marked by poor communication, broken promises, and customer service that borders on non-existent. Arhaus has clearly lost sight of what it means to support customers post-sale.I wont be shopping here again, and Ill actively discourage others from doing so.

      Purchased a coffee table from Arhaus. Within a year, the wood completely began to fall off and peel. Contacted Arhaus multiple times and each time they said that it was wear and tear. I showed them on multiple occasions that the wood trim around the coffee table was completely peeling off of the table. Horrible customer service and even worse product service . They claim to have a five-year warranty on their products and provide quality, upscale furniture, but that is not the case.

      Bait and switch on price. We purchased an item and as soon as it cleared the bank account, there was a separate charge and they said it was because they charged us the wrong amount upfront so they needed to make up the difference without discussing it wit us. Mind you the receipt we have and what we paid for match and they decided to add charges.

      Arhaus has the worst customers service and delivery. I have spend close to 40k and have problem every single time, from getting table without top to sofa doesnt fit elevator even though I gave them precise measurements and delays after delays, some items were delay up to 1 year, the last time I bought a floor sample, after I secured a delivery company I was told they cant sell me the item & was given some evasive excuses. I finally gave up, will no longer buying arhaus products or recommend their products. They never try to rectify the problem, not worth the frustration. Better ******************* service elsewhere

      Very disappointed (one of the worst) experiences for buying an Arhaus king bed for the product and service experiences. The bed is basically a steel structure (supporting components, legs and whole canopy) while no word described for the steel structure on Arhaus website (Dishonest?) for more than $4000-product (Arhaus said it is hard wood). The front plate of the bed has visible dented and broken surface. No responses from Arhaus after calling and left messages. The required shipping and installed fee were not meeting the service qualities. This business is not deserved to be rated as one star.

      I spent over $25,000.00 on furnitures, which I purchased during Labor Day (week) -2024, from Arhaus Furniture in ******, ********.
      I purchased two sofas, two recliners, two swivel chairs, coffee table, and three end tables. I was promised that the delivery will be within 6-8 weeks. It took them 12 weeks to deliver the recliners, chairs, and tables but not the sofas. The two recliners and the coffee table were damaged. When these pieces were delivered the delivery people damaged the hardwood floor (scratched hardwood all over). It took me weeks to exchange the damaged pieces (recliners and coffee table).
      The new recliners are cheaper than the returned ones by hundreds of dollars (each one). They issued me credit of $56.00!
      Now, we are in February (February 5, 2025) and haven’t received the sofas.
      When I called (a week ago) I was told that one of the sofas is defected and they have to fix/replace. Yesterday I received an email that sofas will be delivered within 14 days and I have to pay the balance ($56.00)!
      Terrible experience, exhausted dealing with this company, every time I contact them different answers.
      They owe me the difference in the recliners prices.

      I purchased a floor model of a desk with a stone table top from the Arhaus at the ****************. When it was delivered, it was completely scratched all across the stone. I never would have bought it if I had seen that. When I called the store, I was told that we were told that floor models are all finale sale and that the reason we didnt see the scratch when we were at the store is because the scratches were covered by a chess board displayed on the table. So apparently they hide defects on their floor models and when they are delivered refuse to make it right. When I complained, I was told well, you got it 50% off. That is irrelevant. I would never have purchased it if they had not hid the scratches. They of course know that, which is why they covered up the scratches. This also violates their corporate Limited Warranty, which is apparently a farse.

Many Arhaus pieces are handcrafted from natural materials. Their beauty is in their natural variations, irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, color fluctuations, etc. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not covered by the Limited Warranty.This warranty excludes all Clearance Items (marked ********************************* or otherwise to indicate a final, non-returnable sale), Floor Samples, Custom Artwork, One-of-a-Kinds, and Wallpaper. In addition, all Rugs, Lighting, Mirrors, Wall Art, Bedding, Decor, Jewelry, Tabletop, and other items not specifically listed above are not warranted.This Limited Warranty is given as an exclusive warranty and exclusive remedy, and no other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or purposes are made, and any such warranties are expressly disclaimed. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description contained in this warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arhaus hereby disclaims all liability for damages based on negligence and strict product liability. This warranty is extended to the Purchaser alone and no others, is non-transferable and non-assignable, and may not be enlarged in its scope by any representative, salesperson, agent, or other employee of Arhaus.       They sold me a defective table on sale and buried language in their terms about it being as is and no returns. The table arrived and it is the absolute worst quality piece of furniture with massive cracks where the pieces come together. They refused to return and offered only store credit or for me to buy it for $300 (after I already paid $300 for shipping). Dont scam people into buying defective product that should never be sold

      Writing to file a formal complaint regarding the terrible experience I’ve had with Arhaus. I placed an order for a $5,000 luxury bed at their Short Hills, NJ store Oct 8th, with a promise to deliver it in the week of Dec 11th, trusting that Arhaus, as a high-end brand, would deliver on time. I paid the full amount upfront, which I assumed indicated a commitment to providing timely service and quality.
      However, the delivery has been delayed, with no specific guarantee of delivery, and I have received no updates about when the bed will actually arrive. This is unacceptable for a product of this price point.
      Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, Arhaus customer service has been completely unhelpful. When I contacted them, I was told they were “not responsible” for the delay and that I should contact client services. I was then transferred to the store, where I was told the salesperson who handled my order was unavailable. This is frustrating, as I did not purchase from an individual—I purchased from Arhaus the company, and it is their responsibility to help and troubleshoot the order.
      The lack of communication and accountability from Arhaus is deeply disappointing. I expected better service from a brand that markets itself as offering luxury products. The runaround I’ve received—being passed between customer service, client service, and the store—is unhelpful. I placed the order with the understanding that the delivery would be timely, yet here I am with no resolution and a significant inconvenience.
      This delay has also become a serious issue for my family. My wife is heavily pregnant and unable to get off of our current bed, which is too high for her. We trusted Arhaus to meet our needs in a timely manner, and this failure is not just frustrating.
      Not spending a penny of the $50,000 we have earmarked for furnishing our new home.

      I would give ZERO stars if this was an option. Stay away from this "luxurious" furniture company. Our couch broke THREE weeks after delivery. We bought this couch thinking it was built to last. After being approved for a "reselection", the communication has been horrendous and required me to go in person to the local store about an hour from my home THREE times to receive any sort of assistance. I have been given different information by different staff members. We spent over $4K on a couch and the "value" of our reselection is now allegedly $2400k. Help me to understand WHY we would get a couch valued at $2400k when the $4k couch broke in three weeks? Their policy states a couch that the couch would either be repaired or replaced with a couch equivalent of its value. I don't want this junk in my house. I have been given the run around, different numbers, and essentially scammed by this company. This company tried to charge me an additional $3k (so in all would be paying $7k) for a couch that I am aware of the fabric being discontinued and what the cost should actually be with their sales; which would have been EQUIVALENT to the value of my couch. Instead, the company tried to charge me $3k instead. Now, after finally receiving assistance to figure out a plan for a resection, which is a big decision and investment, this couch is SOLD OUT. This is not okay! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company between communication and ethics.

      We apologize for not meeting your expectations. Upon review of your account, a few things I would like to clarify, upon completion of your exchange you are receiving a refund of $1615.00 towards the overage on the new sectional. When the original ****** was purchased online it was on "Last Chance" sale as it was discontinued at that time. We were unable to exchange it out as we no longer had inventory. Please accept our apologies for not properly communicating this and any misunderstanding this has caused.
