      This place Westminster Healthcare is a nightmare. Rude and lazy staff with a language barrier as they are employees from 3rd world countries. I am doing rehab from a spine surgery and I cannot wait to be discharged on the 28th in 2 days. The food is always cold and it's like pulling teeth to get ice water! I have made 2 online complaints to the health department for medication issues, not following my surgeon's orders, no hot water in bathroom, to being ridiculed by the doctor for not being a Trump supporter. This place is on Medicare and Medicaid radar for poor care practice. They have been fined over $200,000 for neglect. Do not send your loved one to this group of healthcare centers. They deserve no stars.

      My father is at Burlington house Rehab center in ********** on *************.If you have a choice run from this place. He has been there 4 months and they have lost his teeth, 2 pairs of glasses and 12 pairs of pants along with other items. They have failed to take him to 3 scheduled doctors' appointments. The staff is lazy and unqualified. They allow residents to walk in other resident's rooms with no oversight while they sit at the desk and chat. The whole unit smells like urine My fathers toilet has been leaking for a month and they have done nothing despite being told repeatedly. We are moving him to a new faculty as soon as possible. DO NOT send your loved ones to this facility. If I could give a zero star, I would
