    Make no mistake, even though the Service Manager, **** ****** (at the time of service) comes off as empathetic, relatable and respectful of your situation and possessions, the companys number 1 priority is getting the job completed as soon as possible. I was assured they would not throw away anything except trash. They throw away expensive dishes, cutlery and clothing that I could have cleaned. They threw away family heirlooms and sentimental items I cannot replace. They threw away brand new, unopened Amazon boxes. They claim that they are all about bio hazard; 2 people wore masks out of 6 and no one wore protective gear. The bio spray they use is homemade, according to Mr ******* They were not going to finish the job as promised and had to return 3 extra days. I deeply regret using this company. The owner had the nerve to compare my grief( they threw away my pets ************* belonging to my Father) to the grief of another. They went through pictures and threw away what they decided was not important. Their business model does not match their slogan. Its taken me a year to write this. Im still upset when I think about all the items I cannot replace but most of all how they just threw it away because they wanted to be finished in 1 day.

    Bio-One Columbus helped me with a cat urine situation in my home; there were several places where the urine odor was overwhelming. I was already getting new flooring in so contacted them to help. They chemical treated and sealed the subfloor after taking out the soiled carpeting. Rapid response, efficient service and thoughtful follow-up. I highly recommend them.

    Kind kind kind! Came to give quote immediately. Started work next business day. Understood and respected time deadline. Reassuring. Many staff came and did not waste any time. Team worked well together. I was desperate to clean my parents hoarding home and was ready for sale and immaculate in TWO days. More than recovered my investment.
