April Waidman, owner of Simon's Mini Dachshunds, was indicted in Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas on April 4,2024. Ms. Waidman was indicted on 17 counts of felonious theft and 14 counts of petty theft.
On June 27, 2024, Ms. Waidman was also indicted with 26 counts of felony theft and 12 counts of petty theft.
