      I needed a Sliding Kitchen door to replace my ancient Pella Slider as the it was worn out to the point it could not be opened from inside or outside. I called several companies including Pella. All of them had to give me long time before they could send someone out. Window World with whom I spent over $20,000.00 already never even showed up. The Universal Direct people sent the salesman out within hours of the time I called. He showed up in the evening as scheduled. I knew exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. He couldn't have spent more than an hour that evening. He gave me a six to eight week lead time for delivery but Universal Direct cut the time in half and delivered in three weeks. The installer showed up right on the the money and was in and out in less than a hour. All things considered, they had the lowest price of anyone by more than a little. Universal Direct has my highest recommendation. It looks great and functions flawlessly.
