    I have had an excellent experience with this company over the last 4 years. Communication is great. They have always done what they said they were going to do.

    Disorganized, trashy, poorly run company. Unhelpful staff that has poor communication skills and will blatantly ignore maintenance requests. They are also recklessly and pathologically dishonest. The home was in awful condition - leaks, bad water pressure, water damage and rotted wood everywhere, steps in the front and back falling apart, and had a rodent and insect infestation. My neighbor ended up having to adopt a cat to keep mice away. They also do not forward me any of my mail.

    On Thursday, January 26, 11 am, my co applicant went to view a property on 3444 east Scarborough located in Cleveland Heights Ohio. I was in attendance via facetime. The Individual who was showing the property answered any questions we had. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM IF THE BANKRUPTCY THAT WAS CLOSED on my credit two years ago would be an issue. He replied NO, and that the company was very flexible and worked with individuals with different ranks of credit. My Co applicant and I HAVE NO EVICTIONS, and NO CRIMINAL HISTORY. The application was $65 dollars. I feel this company is EXTREMELY misleading with their requirements. The reason for my asking of the detailed questions was to measure our odds of getting approved. There are companies WITH VERY CLEAR requirements that I knew would not be wise to apply. This company needs to be more clear on requirements to save those who have very little to no chance in being approved.
