    Apparently we were clients of this company for many years that never ever had any upgrades or work done etc. I am a new manager to take care of the property. I called and spoke to Mike to change services and ask questions and was charged $185 per hour for a phone call for this service. I called to attempt to pay a bill on a Monday at 4pm and NO ONE was available who could help me during regular business hours. Then I was given the opportunity to have a meeting with a group of people at this company where they wanted to charge $1000 a month for the priviledge of thier services as a minimum. They seemed to believe this is normal practice and led me to try to believe that I won't find any cheaper or better. Well that is just not true. I actually got better service for less then half thier costs and they won't becharging me for phone calls. Thier attitude and treatment to a long term client is ******* and unprofessional. They do have a lot of clients that pay them ridiculous fees - outrageous numbers - Do your due diligence, look for other sources they are not the only ballgame in town.
