    Was referred to Pixels in Avon, and to Michelle, couldn’t have had a better experience! Michelle was extremely knowledgeable, patient, spent as much time as was needed and didn’t rush me into a decision. I purchased a camera and a lens a couple out her accessories and left confident in my purchase.

    I purchased a Nikon 24-70mm Ed Vr Lens based on the photo of the item and its price. In the advertisement it showed the lens itself plus the front and rear lens caps and also the Hb-74 lens hood. I purchased the product off of their site on Ebay based on the photo of the item and price. Upon delivery and opening up the package I discovered that an item was missing the Hb-74 lens hood. I contacted the store about the issue and they could not find the item and issued me a return in the amount of $ 38.00 credited to my account. That amout is not nearly enough for me to even purchase a lens hood because they costs more than that on the Ebay site. I felt as a customer and purchasing an item that was over $ 1,000 that they should have taken the time to locate a lens hood because after all it was displayed in the picture and even though they refunded me what they think the price or value of the lens hood it should be on them to locate me the item since it was lost in their store. To me its false advertisement when there is a photo of items that are supposed to come in the package and when you get it its not there. So they want me to locate the item plus having to pay shipping costs as well and taxes and I feel that I have already paid that when I purchased the lens. What I would like and its not asking too much is for them to find me a lens hood and so as to complete that order as it is supposed to be and I do not think that is asking too much of them. As it stand now I am reluctant to purchase any other products from them because of this matter. All that I am asking for is to have what I paid for and that is not asking too much of them I feel.
