    I had sewage in my basement and it was absolutely disgusting. I called Roto Rooter and they fixed it for me in no time! ***** from the water restoration department was great, very knowledgeable and helpful.

    Can't say enough about the amazing job that our local Roto-Rooter Company has and is doing after our septic system backed up into our house. ************ and ***** were out almost immediately to fix the initial problem, then they called their fantastic cleaning/sanitizing department and ***** was here equally fast along with ****** and ***** who immediately took over the clean up and initial sanitizing. ***** is also working as our mitigater with our insurance company so he was instantly starting the work we didn't even realize we would need done. They have been a true lifesaving crew!! Besides they are so polite while being professional, efficient and in constant work mode with great respect for our home The owner ****** is an added bonus with his advice and his trust and recognition of his quality employees. We recommend this business with the highest ranking we can give with bonus points for all the extras they bring to the job and each of the individual's commitment to their jobs!!

    This company is great to work with. The technicians are knowledgeable and very professional. The work they do is outstanding. I have them out to my house 3 times for water heaters and hydro jetting my main line. Each time, they cleaned up their work area and completed their work in a decent amount of time without *******. The office staff was also wonderful and very pleasant to deal with which I think shows how the company is run. I also like that local residents own this branch. I can't say enough about Roto Rooter and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

    ****** was such a pleasure to have as ***********. He showed up on time looking clean and made sure he was parked in a good spot then came in and professionally diagnosed my drain issues. ****** showed how much he believed in his company and cared about his trade while he explained everything to me in terms I could understand so that I was never confused about his thought process. This was honestly by far the best EXPERIENCE I've ever had with a plumber coming to my house, and he was a very likable guy too. I will always request ****** from Roto Rooter to fix my plumbing issues from here on out.
