"Very unprofessional overcharged ran by teenagers most of the machines do not work was not offered exactly what was told I was going to get with my party package that I spent $300 for I was told I would have a party host for the duration of the party and I never had a party host she never showed up so when it came time to need an extra napkins or cups or even pictures of Pop I had to go to the counter and get them myself pizza was overpriced they ordered it from gionino's and then charged me $40 for it, been trying to get a hold of a manager now for a week and then told that she would email me or call me back and have not received or heard anything from them every time I call a teenager answers to phone and tells me oh all my manager said she knows about the complaint and she'll get back to you it has been a week nobody has contacted me." ...
