    Today my mother and I showed up to clean my elderly aunt's house and she let us know her carpets had been professionally cleaned. We both looked at each other and then looked at the carpet and I could tell we were both thinking, "really?" So then we started walking around and inspecting the carpet. Immediate upset. There were spots and blotches everywhere. What appeared to be hardened carpet, you can still smell pet urine, and it also smells burnt. We were upset at what we saw and then we asked her what she was charged. 1,330 ?????? I immediately hopped on the phone and expressed my issues, angrily. Because seriously? What had been done to her was completely unethical. I understand I was rude but advocating for my aunt made me furious at her being scammed. The man on the phone didn't apologize or seem empathetic at all, only came with one sarcastic excuse after the other and refused to repay any of the money and became irritated with me and said "I don't have to listen to this" so I replied, "okay, well good luck" and he then hung up. I have now made it my mission to bring absolute awarness to this man's business scam and I will be leaving reviews and reaching everyone possibe with this hack of a job! You should be ashamed, taking advantage of anyone let alone the elderly! Everyone please share and spread this far and wide and PLEASE do not contact this man to clean your carpet. You will be highly displeased.

    entire house smelled of pet urine pet odor and urine was removed in everything except the corner of the living room where the dogs have urinated constantly I told her she'd have to peel the carpet back and seal that floor all the spots are only in that living room and those are from incorrect stain removal procedures done by members of the household job was done correctly charged fairly don't understand her accusations nothing else smelled of burnt or urine that includes area rugs mats and curtains I did for her
