      Terrible company to deal with. Bait and switch with prices, changed appointment times, Issue with carpet installation, poor customer service

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.  1 Pricing Concerns: We understand your frustration regarding the pricing. We aim to be transparent and upfront about our pricing. For example, we provided you with all of the pad installation pricing options, so you could select the product best suited for your budget and needs.  2 Appointment Changes: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by changes to your appointment times. However, we do not have any records of schedule changes for your service.  3 Carpet Installation Issues: We are sorry to hear about issues with your carpet installation. We gladly replaced the carpet in your living room at no cost to you due to the line in the carpet caused by the manner in which the carpet was rolled up at the mill.  4 Customer Service: We are truly sorry that our customer service did not meet your expectations. After a thorough review of our records and discussions with our team, we believe we have consistently provided quality service. As a family-owned business for 34 years, we take great pride in our commitment to excellent customer service and professional flooring installation.
