    They are terrible do not stand behind their work cannot get anyone for warranty work call says they will get back no one ever calls back. Do not have them do your floor

    I had Garage Kings polyaspartic flake garage floor done in July 2020. There were a number of minor issues with the installation. The owner Mark F. was slow to respond. It took a number of correspondences with his franchise and Garage Kings factory direct to get things corrected.
    In the end, his team lead by Colton redid 2/3rds of my 3 car garage floor to my satisfaction on November 4, 2021. A long time to wait. It is a beautiful floor and we really enjoy it.
    With that said, there are a number of things that buyer should be aware.
    1) Some tires leave brown spots under where the car is parked. These are permanent and cannot be removed. Nobody in this industry who does polyaspartic floors can provide a solution other then put cardboard or vinyl pads under your tires. No way know to which tire brands will cause this. ********* have not but m* ******* tires do.
    2) I had a small brake fluid leak from a recent brake job done by professionals. I now have two brown spots where the brake fluid leaked. I tried to clean with everything but no success. It looks like a chemical reaction between the brake fluid and polyaspartic coating. The brake fluid was only on the floor maybe hours to 1 day before it was noticed.
    Scared to think what else will leave a mark???
