    This guy straight up evicted us for one month past due rent even after we paid the rent hours before the eviction notice, evicted both me and my mother same day, let the windows leak and black mold grow all over my apartment the neighbors and was overall a nasty person to deal with, let his tenant *** absolutely slander and start drama with all of the neighbors in the complex, allowed loud music for over two years before evicted the problem,overall not a nice guy, I wouldn't deal with this company or organization or slum front whatever it is ever again.

    Horrible landlord. Neighbor can pound on the ceiling and call cops just because kids are playing or crying.. Steer way clear of Courtney real estate. Called Dave M****** and he said "this better be good." Then proceeded to ask what he's supposed to do about neighbors pounding on the floor. He also told me that he told the neighbors to call the cops, and told me to control the kids. Can't wait for this lease to be up. Upon moving in the drain in the shower was clogged, which the landlord fixed but gave us attitude about. Gave me the wrong mailbox key upon entering. Gave us only 1 key. And made us drive all the way to alliance to get the key after signing the lease. Had to wait a day for mailbox key. They don't even deserve 1 star. Windows don't even stay open. AC unit does not always work. Plug outlets are also very loose. There are no plus sides to this apartment.

    This guy Mark C******* is an unfair person and a crook. Do not deal with him unless you want to be treated unfair and be harassed and slandered. I didn’t want to even give 1 star but had to do so to continue review. I give 0 stars for this company . He even has rentals and he does the same to his tenants.. Don’t fix things .. evict for no reason and of course, the judge all judges know him, and will favor him. He is a slumlord and is only about the money.
