    This business is a crook they want paid up front and expect to work at there own rate. Very unprofessional took 3000 dollars then 6 month later to Never produce job . Asked for refund and has still never refunded. **** is very unprofessional Got someone else lost 5 months of revenue and a dealership and has no concern for others tried to complete after finding and paying someone else but sent me 4 hours of, if that some marketing pics he just threw up. Terrible co.pany terrible work. Theives, BIG 0 BUT CANT RATE THAT! BEWARE!!!

    We appreciate the opportunity to serve Lynne again.
    We have a long history of working on printed and web development for her.
    We're very sad to see this result this way.

    Lynne was informed upfront of our delays mostly caused by an unexpected move. We moved 4 businesses into a 27,000 sq.ft. building ourselves. We are a family ran business with limited resource. It was a tremendous amount of time and energy and is what primarily resulted in a more than usual turnaround.

    From the beginning we informed Lynne of the delays and continued to communicate this to Lynne the entire duration of the project.

    During the tail of the project my wife assisted and was treated by Lynne very disrespectfully. Lynne even got to the point of saying she wanted to hurt herself as a result of this delay. At this point we established a healthy boundary with Lynne and decided to continue to work on the project regardless of how we were being treated.

    A few weeks later the project was ready and complete, We contacted Lynne informing her of the completion. With several failed attempts we were able to get ahold of her on Facebook.

    Lynne requested that we stop contacting her and that the due to the delays she had lost the contract to sell the items.

    I feel badly for her however we were upfront and open with our available time. Lynne at the time accepted and later changed her complete dimeanor when her dealer decided to drop her. I feel badly for her but this was discussed upfront. Respectfully if a difinitive deadline was needed, that should have been discussed up front. If we were unable to perform in the requested timeline (which was never discussed) then we would have agreed that we would not have been the best resource for her at that time.

    A difinitive "in hands date" was never discussed and taking our time on this project was discussed, understood and agreed upon before we ever receive Lynne's payment.

    Lynne then requested a refund.
    Respectfully, We performed the work and finished what we were contracted to do.
    Lynne agreed to our price and our delays.
    We will not be issuing a refund due to this fact.

    Due to threats directed to my wife and herself we ask that Lynne cease from contacting us.
    We wish her all the best and are very sad that this long relationship ended up like this.
