  I had windstorm and parts of a large cherry tree fell. rain was coming through my house, they claimed they would come next day, they did not. Had to find a tarping company to protect from water damage. They sent out crane and crew, had the wrong size crane, charged on invoice for the second crane, not my fault. charged on invoice $39,000.00 initially, gave them $29,000.00 of insurance money. I had to give some money to contractor for fixing my roof, Hercules did not want to hear that. Owner of Hercules called and said, "if your going to be a b**** about this, I'm going to own your property some day, your committing insurance fraud." Guess what, I called Allstate and asked them if it was okay to disperse money where appropriate, they said yes, all up to me. After all said and done, Allstate will not pay anymore money; all money went to contractor and like I said, $29,000.00 to Hercules. Every so often, I receive an invoice with ungodly amount of late fees, like thousands of dollars, added to the balance. whose fault is this? Hercules? Insurance Company? Contractor? Why put a lien on my house, shouldnt this crane company be going after Allstate for money. I shouldnt' have had to worry about anything from the beginning, but I spent hours trying to care of business. Homeowners like myself should not have to deal with a situation like this. Allstate should have taken care of the money from the beginning, NOT ME. I was new at this, I felt like I did the right thing with the funds sent to me. Hercules had me electronically sign for work to be done on my property. I saw no prices whatsoever on this form, only to sign for them to do work on my property. When looking at paperwork, my electronic signature is on an invoice that was priced for $39,000.00 at the very beginning of this. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The way this owner handled himself is preposterous. Absolutely a nightmare with this. DO NOT HIRE!
