    ClarkTel has called us on multiple occasions with false information in order to gain our business. They first ask for a specific employee and then ask if they are the best contact for our account and what their contact information is. Then, they advise us that our current phone system service provider will "no longer be working with us" and that ClarkTel has partnered with them to take over servicing our account. They state that we "should have" already received notice from our current provider about this.Our current provider is local and so we have a good report with them - they absolutely have not dropped our business, nor would they.

    In the beginning of August, Clarktel Tele-Communications took over serving Stayley ********** clients.  The business notified Stayley Tech's customers about the change and then followed up with a phone call to confirm receipt of the notification.  The business is happy to look into the matter, but asks the consumer to confirm what phone number received the call.  The business currently cannot find the consumer's name on its list or her phone number *************).
