    This is the worse place to have an RV worked on. We bought our RV and had it home for 3 days when the slide started leaking. It was under warranty or the Sales Manager would take care of it is what we were told by our salesman, *****. We had a “drop off” appointment for Saturday Nov 11th with the understanding it would be looked at Nov 13th. I received a message on the 13th that parts were ordered and I can pick the unit up while waiting. I called and *** said it should only be a couple days so I opted to let the RV stay there. The unit was not winterized because it was only supposed to be there a few days. Camping World was aware of this. One week goes by and we still have no idea what is going on after numerous calls. One trip had to be cancelled. The following week, was told we were responsible for repairs. Not happy, but whatever just fix my RV. Found out, no parts were ever ordered and the RV was never even looked at. Spoke with **** who said service manager was doing a walk around that day - over two weeks later and they would need to call me back to see what the fix was going to have to be. It’s a leaky seal, not sure what the big deal is. 3 weeks later we finally get a call. Go to pick it up and start driving and the part that was supposedly bad starts falling off going down the road not even a mile away from the store. We find out our water lines are now frozen and they say it is our fault for not winterizing before bringing it in. It was not freezing out over 3 weeks ago when it was supposed to be there for a couple days. Do not take your RV here for repairs. **** and *** are absolutely horrible to deal with and the communication with them is terrible.
