  The company sells weight loss supplement ..I ordered 4 bottles at $160.00 and tried them for one month. I returned them for a refund on 02/07/2025 I was told the package never arrived at warehouse...I suspect a scam on the return...however I have no tracking number or insurance...they will process the refund when the package is returned...they keep saying...I sent postage transaction from **** with dates etc...

  I am wiring in connection with the business dealing of Gleeful Supplements (GS). On a Black Friday sale, I placed an ORDER #****** with GS. Because I wanted to return a different order, GS took upon itself and cancelled by order. Long story short after an extensive emails messages with GS, I placed another Order because they said that they could not reinstate my order. I had to place another order now which costed me more than I paid on a Black Friday sale, Order #******. I just now uncovered that they cancelled this order, Order #****** as well.Kindly explain this business practice and I hope we can achieve an amicable solution.Thank ******. Jetpack handles returns and shipments for Gleeful Supplements and an affiliate company

  This customers sale and return transaction happened with Gleeful Supplements , which is a third party.  We are merely a fulfillment center that ships out the order on behalf of e-commerce businesses.

  I was so excited when a video for the product came across my ******** page. My periodontist wants me to get multiple gum graft surgeries and this seemed like an amazing solution - and made a lot of sense (maybe just due to desperation). I waited and waited for my bottle to arrive (it is a bit pricey, but if it worked, it seemed worth it and a lot less than surgery)! I liked that it said it was made in the ** and at an *** approved facility. When the bottle arrived it was 100% in Spanish, which is not my native language. I quickly messaged the customer support team and realized they most likely are not in the **. They never responded right away, and when they did respond, it would be around 4am. I asked them many times to either take a photo of the bottle so I could read all the sides, or send a new bottle. If I am ingesting something, I want to read all the directions and ingredients in full. All the did was kept telling me I could see the bottle on the website and sent me a link. Obviously I saw that already prior to ordering. Im a bit unsure now about this product, so I try to find some reviews. I realize after googling, this company has a TON of different websites, all claiming to be the only authentic one. Also, theres no for a customer to add a review to their website - meaning the reviews on their sites are not real. Trust Pilot and Amazon were the only places that seemed to have negative and honest reviews. I even looked up **************** and could not find anything that showed he even contributed to this product. Also, whats up with all the click bait ******* videos?Sadly I bought this product out of desperation and should have done more research first. This product is NOT *** approved and it looks like the company that sells the product has fine print on the website stating they do not substantiate any claims made by ProDentim. Im sad because I was really hoping for a solution, but this is NOT it! This is a scam and fake marketing.

  Stupidly I order "their deal" and spent a fortune. Their product is completely bogus and this is a scam. They have a "money-back-guarantee". I sent the pills back and never heard anythign from them. They won't return my money. This is a super scam. I am an old lady and need that money. Crappy company. Plus you can get their products waaaay cheaper elsewhere (if you want to use a product that doesn't work anyway).

  ProDentim does not honor its refund policy. I purchased 4 bottles of pro-denim supplements on August 1st for a total of $169.07. I printed the refund policy and returned all of the bottles on August 15th via **** I have the return slip from *** and the return date was well within the 60 day return limit.I have written 4 emails and have yet to receive a reply from an actual person. I have received replies saying my email has been received and to check my spam folder (which I did). No reply in any folder.I am running out of patience and would warn everyone not to buy these supplements.The reason I returned them was the pill which dissolves in your mouth was disgusting and made me throw up.
