I ordered a free item and only had to pay shipping. There was nothing indicating that I would be charged a monthly fee of $57.00 a month for membership. I tried to contact them by phone and never heard anything from them. I contacted the company in a chat and before they would process anything they wanted a credit card to charge $5.00. So I just discontinued the chat. My credit card has blocked the company. Hopefully this will help. This is definitely a scam.

"0" stars if I had a choice. Ordered President ***** glasses and the required payment was just for shipping fee of $9.95. Ordered these thinking I was supporting President ***** and/or campaign. Glasses printing not great. I then received a fraud text from my credit card company for $57 and then received an email from SOS regarding a trial for National Self-Reliance Initiative, which I never requested. I declined the $57 charge and had to close my credit card due to possible fraud by this company to my account. Also, disgraceful to use President ***** as a scam.

Absolute scam. Why is every company trying to shove a monthly subscription in on every purchase? It was not clear that you were charging 57$ a month, and for what?

Did a $37 order that ended up costing me over $300 due to my account being drafted $57 a month for 5 months for a subscription that I didn't know I was signing up for. Took a while to figure out how to contact company to resolve issues

Scam. I ordered a knife and a flashlight. I apparently overlooked something in fine print that gave me a "trial membership" and then I was billed to my credit card for a $57/month subscription for an educational service. No answer on the phone. It took an hour for a chat bot to acknowledge my request to cancel the subscription. Too bad we can't designate "zero out of 5 stars."

I ordered a knife and only had to pay for shipping. Now they have decided they're just going to help themselves to my credit card.

Free offer. Extra charges from my credit card. Offer was for a free knife with only shipping fee. This is a total scam. Nothing was disclosed about these fees or agreed upon. It's no wonder that this company has so many complaints and should be investigated. I've had companies make these offers before and lived up to their promise. Being charged 57$ for a subscription to WHAT? I didn't agree to any such thing. It seriously makes me wonder how many people out there don't even know this company is doing this to their account. I was shocked when I saw this on my credit card and demand a refund and no further charges. Disappointed Customer: *******************************
