  We do understand your frustration that when you arrived home there had been a leak in the upstairs bathroom due to unforeseen circumstances which did cause damage to the ceiling below plus more. We did take this seriously and worked with you to try and efficiently get this taken care of. We are currently there making the repairs necessary to clean everything up for you.   Once receiving a contract from this company and them telling me that the company they use starts off with financing at *****% and my credit score was low and which it wasn't, the total charge was more than double the amount to be financed and never receiving a itemized bill, I decided to back out of the deal but I was a day too late and screwed. ***** is a habitual liar and says what he thinks you want to hear. This Company is seriously taking advantage of Black people. They charge high interest and don't give a itemized list of charges and stretch payments out for ten years and then you can't reach them to opt out of contact.

  All their work was great. Have a new roof, Storm/entrance doors, and fence. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Recently we had windows installed. The workers were polite, friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with the service we received.

  I had E Z Acceptance waterproof my basement years ago. I never had an issue with them coming and doing the work they did. The crew that they sent to my house went over and Beyond what they needed to do to help the problem in my basement. I don't know since then if they've got other workers that are not doing a good job from the reviews that I'm reading but I just wanted to let you know when I had them they were great. They helped me with financing with two different companies with low interest rate that I was able to afford every month. I would like to use them in the future if I ever needed to. I referred E Z to my sister who needs a fence done. That's when I read all the complaints.

  Beware! Beware! Beware! This company is awful, never pulled a building permit for the job and violated the codes for putting vinyl siding on my home, constantly left the work site unsafe for my tenants at the end of each work day. My tenant had to attach wires and a light pole back to the home due to this companies neglect. This company never used a dumpster to keep debris in. They don't do the work themselves, instead they hire cheap labor off the street. Walked off my job for a month and a half and when this writer hired another company they showed back up. They didn't use fanfold installation, used underlay that they partially wrapped the home with, didn't use utility boxes, installed the siding before doing the windows, leaving gaps everywhere. ***** is a licensed ***** that makes a lot of false promises. This company should be shut down. This writer regrets the day I got involved with this company. They feel as though they can come and the black community and do anything. This writer gave a 1 Star because it's the only way to share the review but they don't deserve a star. Folks please stay away from this company!

  We feel terrible that ************** has such a low opinion of our company. We do not just hire anyone off the street. We have worked with **** and **** on several jobs and they do excellent work. This job would have been finished quite some time ago except they ran 1 square short of the siding material. We had no idea that it would take 6 weeks for the supplier to get it back in stock. We offered ************** a $750.00 discount because of the inconvenience this caused her. *****, the owner, talked to **** and told him that he is to make any corrections to the work that ************** is not happy about. ***** has an appointment set to meet with ************** on Monday October 2nd to go over the entire job to make *** that she is happy. There will also be an inspection done. We are diligently attempting to work with ************** to ensure that she is happy with the finished project. The actual job looks great and we have pictures to show the quality of work that has been done. The crew will take away their ladders and all debris as soon as they have completed this job.

  The office was notified that her paperwork from the bank had been delivered to her house. Fed Ex does not let the customer know it has been delivered so the office called her to let her know it was delivered (we do this as a courtesy). Later ***** called her to go over the process and what was needed to move forward with the project. ****************** told ***** that she had the paperwork and she was "thinking about it" and she hung up. She then called a few days later and said that she was cancelling the project. ***** says he did not hang up on her....that she was very short with him - that he would never hang up on a customer.

  I would not recommend this company. You pay professional price but you get nonprofessional work.
