Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund information, no refund or class rescheduling for student that do not show up for schedule class, without prior approval. Only one reschedule with prior approval. Cancellation seven days prior to schedule class will be eligible for 100% refund. Four days before schedule class date 50%, no refund for cancellation three days before schedule class date. However, student can reschedule for another class, if they reschedule for another class at least three days before their original schedule class date. Again no refund or rescheduling for student that do not show up for schedule class. If the schedule class is cancel the student is eligible for 100% refund or can reschedule for a future class. Classes can be cancel due to class size or emergencies. Normally Lianna Development Corporation don't cancel classes base on the number of students enroll in the class.
