Matt & Chris did an amazing job installing our new windows. Explained the installation process, very professional, and workmanship was outstanding. We will be installing more windows in the future and definitely will be requesting Matt & Chris for installation!

Nate was the ultimate perfectionist while installing our lovely walk-in shower. He was prompt, highly skilled, knowledgeable and dependable, leaving the worksite immaculate. A small issue arose with the shower door-sweep that was addressed, immediately, with the help of Harry. The most professional group of workers. Kind and considerate to our property and belongings. Our window is beautiful and it has already made a huge difference in outdoor noise reduction and temperature. Love it, must say it's pricey, but I wasn't able to find a reputable company without a years wait. Customer service is also on their game. Great job everyone. :)New York Sash

Pete, Jeff and Ben went above and beyond the expectations we had going into this project. They had an imperfect puzzle to work with to make it it perfect in the end. New York Sash of Whitesboro, NY, has demonstrated that a so-called lifetime warranty issued for a tub liner was a worthless piece of paper. We bought a bathtub liner several years ago. There were installation issues, and due to those, the liner developed a split. In December, New York Sash was contacted to make good on the warranty. It was not until January that anyone looked at the problem. After more weeks, NY Sash said it would not honor the warranty on the grounds that there was no proof they were at fault. The installation was troubled from the start. The initial liner was removed within two months of its installation after water leaked under it. Immediately after the second installation, NY Sash’s installer was contacted because it was obvious when stepping into the tub that there was a bubble underneath one’s feet. The installer said there was nothing more that could be done. The liner eventually split over that bubble. NY Sash insisted that because the installer never documented to them that the final installation was flawed, there was no documentation on its end, and it would not honor the warranty. This came despite their representative having told us upon inspecting the split that the warranty was still in force and was a lifetime warranty. NY Sash objected to where the split took place, saying it was not a common area for splits to occur. The split took place where it did because of the bubble. The liner grew weaker over time and eventually split. In rejecting our claim, NY Sash revealed it no longer installs liners, which makes this seem like the reason for refusing to address a problem its employees created. Since that time, we have obtained a second opinion that said there was no question that NY Sash was liable for the flawed work of its installers. We are writing because having been defrauded by NY Sash into believing its fake warranty was real, we do not want other consumers to fall into the same trap.Review fromSue D

Absolutely love our new sliding glass doors and house windows! The New York Sash quality is above and beyond. Our installers Pete and Ben performed such quality installation. Had a beautiful walk-in shower installed by Sean & Nate who were very polite and knowledgeable and left everything in great shape. They told me NY Sash was a great place to work and it shows when they can retain such good workers in the current climate. Had several windows installed by Ryan & Jay and again was not disappointed in their work or attitude. They showed up on time and as promised (rare with many of the contractors I've dealt with) and worked during trying weather conditions without complaint.New York Sash
