  Horrible experience, they lied about there attempts of service and took my money and never served my documents. I have read multiple reviews of people who went through similar situations with this company, I'm convinced they are scamming people. Please beware of this company!!!!!

  Contacted June 20 to request service. Pre-payment was required. I followed up regularly without response. It took so long to serve that the receiving individual asked me to provide his direct contact information for them to arrange a date/time to meet for service - they never did. I sent NINE follow up emails and additional phone calls requesting status, requesting a list of attempts at service, requesting status of contacting the respondent - no response was ever received. The Respondent being served *ASKED* when he was going to be served and gave us permission to give his phone number so they could schedule a time to meet - they never called him. Instead, they involved the local sheriffs office to assist - for a serve that was being REQUESTED BY THE RECIPIENT. It took over a month for them to complete service and the successful serve was the ONLY update they provided throughout the entire process. Horrible service. Zero professional courtesy. If I could leave no stars, I would.

  One star is TOO many for this business! After utilizing the conventional means of civil process service, and not being successful, we hired Undisputed Legal (UL) to attempt second service. We paid $250 to UL for this second attempt, only to find out that they had mailed the service paperwork to the Sheriff of the jurisdictional County and the same deputy was assigned to attempt service! UL was provided with the first process paperwork from the Sheriff with notes that they were unable to serve the individual because the driveway was barricaded, but UL sends the second process paperwork to the same Sheriff and deputy knowing the property is barricaded. We were of the understanding that UL had private process servers and means to serve individuals who were being evasive, but that is definitely not the case! We paid $250 to UL to send the second civil process paperwork to the same Sheriff who attempts service for $50 - and UL pockets $200! This business is not recommended by our company at all!
