  I worked with Lisa R. to understand my options of student loan repayment and to work on a strategy to pay off unsecured debt within a year. Lisa's counseling was effective, respectful, and sincere. I believe many individuals would benefit from this type of service. I recommend Parachute Counseling for anyone, despite your income bracket or financial situation.

  10/10 experience with Lisa. I was not sure where to start with enrolling in student loan forgiveness and she walked me through everything. She explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand and helped me make the best information decision.   Lisa is amazing! Being a difficult conversation to have, she was kind and understanding, making you feel like you are all in it together. She made me feel like I’m not alone, that help is ok to ask for and that together, we will get everything where it needs to be.   I cannot express my gratitude to Lisa and Parachute. Not only have my husband and I been working with her to consolidate our debt, but she recently counseled me regarding my massive student loan debt and helped me tremendously with finding the best solution possible for me. I learned more from her in our two hours together and feel more at ease than ever before. She made sure I was satisfied with my visit and did as much for me as she possibly could.   Lisa from Parachute Credit Counseling was extremely helpful and supportive when helping me navigate my student loan repayment plan options. Before going, I was very anxious and nervous not knowing where to turn. She calmed my nerves immediately and talked through all my options with ease. I would highly recommend Lisa and the rest of the Parachute team!!!

  This company is amazing. They have helped me tremendously. I initially contacted them for help with a debt management plan. They helped me get set up with a plan that works for me and they have been there every step of the way since. They answered all of my questions - and I asked a lot. This is a legitimate company - part of **** - a nationwide, non-profit credit counseling agency. I was very scared to do this, but they are also recommended by Clark Howard, a well-known consumer advocate. In the beginning there was a glitch, and I became scared. Part of the scare was they had recently changed their name so I questioned if they were still part of ****. Also, I was set up with a company from another state. That concerned me. So, I reached out to one of the heads of the corporation. I never thought I'd hear from him. I honestly hoped for a response from his admin - maybe within the next week. However, within 30 minutes of receiving my voicemail - this person contacted me directly and answered all of my questions. While I don't recommend hitting up the corporate big wigs - I did and I am stating this because this is an example of how dedicated and helpful they are. After the debt management was in place - they offered help with my student loans. Now that was/is a MAZE that totally confused/confuses me. They are experts and receive grants to help with student loans. Lisa F. has been with me and helped all along the way. I would NEVER have been able to address the student loan situation without her. You can feel very confident working with this company.

  I worked with Lisa for both student loan repayment and personal budgeting. She was so kind and knowledgeable in her field. Lisa was able to explain the loan options for me and help me choose the best option for me and my situation. All the stress I felt was lifted with just one meeting! Lisa was so amazing with my student loans that I came back to her for personal budgeting. She was able to unscramble my brain and help the numbers make sense! Lisa provided various strategies for keeping my personal finances in order that were very realistic and simple for me to understand. I appreciate the service that Parachute Credit Counseling was able to provide.
