"The car washes are NOT touchless and they did $3k in paint and ground effects damages they refuse to acknowledge and refuse to remedy. Their claims department sends form letters on every claim to their claimants with the damages on their vehicles." ... Read full review

"If you use Delta Sonic car Wash membership for years in the last 3 months car Wash has been broken closed or unattended and unable to be used multiple times even in warm weather. Call to cancel the subscription since they just posted it's going up another $10 figured after a half an hour wait every time I go there during business hours when it is open I'll try a different car wash customer service rep the answer to cancel right off all that and amenities the Delta Sonic has which is hosing down your car prior to entering a car wash and then the white down after where they never change the towels and smear whatever is on every other vehicle on yours tell her I'd still like to cancel and she argued, know if you're getting this service you have to go early a." ...
