      Spent $4,200 for minor car repairs and now my heat does not work.. forcing me to call them back and every time they tell me they will call back they dont. They have little to no decency to do the right thing and just want to keep charging me every time I bring the vehicle back

      it seems you had an oil cooler failure and it caused the antifreeze and oil to intermix , when this happens it is a big repair and unfortunately may have damaged other components in the cooling system. Id be suspect the heat core itself. We can gladly take a no charge look at it and see what is causing the lack of heat. We repaired the cooler and did multiple flushes as the oil will continuously recontaminate the cooling system even after a couple of flushes. Also we diagnosed the vehicle had a coolant leak that we repaired as well.       I had a horrible experience at Volkswagen of West Islip. I had a rude experience with the Salespeson ****. I have screenshots of the conversation. I went to visit and the list price of the car was $15,000. They had a VIP package, which you can not opt out. The price shot up to almost $18000. I told him im not interested. ** then messaged me this morning, asking if I wanted it. I told him the sales team had no knowledge. They did not know if this car was certified. ** then wants to get smart and send me a message " Nice try buddy" ** also sends a text statying I cant afford it. Meanwhile I came into his dealership with $70k car This is a rude salesperson. No wonder he was miserbale when i saw him, he probably has not gotten a sale for a while. I will be moving forward to make a another complaint to the General Manager.
