At Bella Jewellers LLC, we work hard to ensure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. We exist to satisfy our customers unless otherwise specified below.
you are allowed to return your purchase if the Jewelry you recieved from us is.
?no return no exchange policy ( with exceptions) EXCEPTIONS ARE IF JEWELRY IS RECIEVED IN NOT GOOD CONDITION, MISSING PARTS, DENTS, DAMAGE)
?If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our contact center immediately at 315 681 0608 and we'd be happy to assist you.
?Returns for damage item are only allowed 7 days from the time of delivery of your order, please make sure you check your item once you recieved it. (Complains later after 7 days u recieved the item is automatic voided and will be disregard)
?When returning- Jewelry must be return in the same condition means with tags and not worn,if anything is missing with the jewelry, refunds is automatic voided.
?Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on customize order. (unless if there is fault on our side)
?refunds will be process within 7 days.
?for the safety of your package add insurance fee OR confirmed signature #OPTIONAL(fees are shouldered by the buyers) - if u dont add insurances we are not liable of any lost of your package during transit, IF package is delivered and went missing please contact your nearest POST OFFICE, as they will be the one to investigate your case. (please make sure the address given to the seller is correct and if u have a history of stolen package in your address we will suggest to just pick up your package at the nearest post office, if package are stolen after it was being delivered in your address, we are not liable for any of this case) We also ship packages at UPS and fedex but shipping fee is a little higher. ?for clip bangles jewelry please be aware that they had a spring inside (other metal attached to the bangle) means it will magnetize.
?we sold our jewelry per gram, and please be aware that we base the grams (weight) on our jewelry scale result.
