We recently went through a possible security breach on our Desk Top computer. Mr. J***, from MicroSec, Waterford, NY, was very responsive and performed a thorough examination of our computer. Mr. J*** also did an analysis of the event providing suggestions of new computer software and technics to minimize future threats. Mr. J*** was very professional and has a great personality. Additionally, Mr. J*** conducted a follow up of the event and services. I will refer MicroSec to others in the future and will continue to use them should I need additional IT support.MicroSec
