I was impressed with the way Jude responded to my request for help with my *** Mini computer today. From his quick response to my call until we finished three hours later, he not only solved the problem I was calling about, but also cleaned my computer and eliminated many excess and unnecessary functions I had accumulated over several years. He believes and practices a policy of spending the necessary time to fix all of the client's issues at that time, and he is polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable and the most personable support person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. What an amazing remote computer repair and security I have received from Jude. He worked patiently for like more than 2 hours and made sure each and every bit of my computer works in the best manner. I would recommend his company MicroSec to one and all as the best part of all thing is that he coached me how to stay safe online and also a few tips and tricks to operate the computer efficiently. MicroSec fixed my outlook and my printer issue and took care of my computer. I am incredibly happy with their services and would like to use them again.
