This company sent a salesman to our house who could not provide price transparency or an itemized list; spoke poorly of other businesses in the area; pressured us into making an immediate sale; and was reluctant to leave when we said we would not agree to a same day deal. The salesman was not even allowed to leave a written offer. The ad in the newspaper only applies if you close a deal the same day. They also say they offer 100% financing, but could not provide any details about it. I prefer doing my business with businesses who don’t pressure or intimidate their customers and can be transparent. We were only allowed discounts or trade-ins if we left a review and agreed to work with this business before the salesman left. He showed up 20 minutes early and left 90 minutes late. Before leaving, he said he had to call his boss to make sure he got paid. He called his boss on speakerphone, while they discussed how great they are and how sorry we’ll be for not agreeing to spend $20,000 without thinking about it.

Good morning and thank you for your email. We are quite surprised and disappointed with the review and everything you went through. Shocked to say the least. First of we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We truly do not train our sales reps to pressure or not give estimates. $20,000 is a lot of money and I definitely see where you are coming from. We can't go back in time , but please accept our apology as this is not a reflection on how pace does business or has done business in the last 40 years.Review fromGregory C

Excellent sales service and window installation. Very timely with the initial call, respectful of budget issues unlike other companies that tried to force us into a different situation. Installation of the windows was quick and very clean. The installer took time to make sure we knew every feature of the new windows and they came out gorgeous. We were so impressed we decided to move to phase 2 (more windows) ahead of other projects and will be using them moving forward for the rest.Pace Window & Door Corp.

The least drafty window in the entire Rochester area with a .06 air infiltration rating, all others have a .3 air infiltration rating. The highest efficiency of any window in the Rochester area. The BEST warranty out there! Lifetime transferrable window that covers EVERYTHING with NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
