    Upstate gastro appt on 19th 1 pm deb A*******. She never called. I called at 1 p.m. they stated she was with patient and would call after. Never heard from her Monday or Tuesday. I called Wednesday the 21st. Spoke to Melissa told her i never heard from Deb, she stated the tried to call, I said I never received call. They tried to call a number not active for years. Told her during my office appt on August 16th I was at checkin window for over a half hour and I gave this person all the current information. She said it must not of saved. (The person was new getting help from several people in office, I did not get upset.) Melissa then put me on hold, after about for minutes the phone was picked up and I was HUNG UP on. I called back stated this is all unprofessional. They put me on hold. Deb finally got on phone. I tried telling her what happened she over talked me which was rude i said I was calling for my blood work results. She stated all normal. I said ok do I just stop taking medication then? She stated to go to my primary! This confused me considering on the 16th during appt sge looked up labs that I had from Bariatric and stated what was low and SHE PUT ME ON THE MEDS. She stated that she went up and beyond what she had to do. Umm I said ok. I was referred to this office by Bariatric. Then she started getting rude saying that she did NOT APPRECIATE me calling and being rude to her staff I stated the whole situation was UNPROFESSIONAL and I don't appreciate her being RUDE TO ME FOR SOMETHING HER office did wrong!!! That she overtalked me when I tried to explain I was at the window over a half hour and gave all the correct information at that time. It is NOT my fault they didn't do their job correctly and it was wrong of her to be rusmde for her offices mistake. (Found it funny they had bee insurance in file but not correct phone number, yeah ok. Find it funny insurance saved but not my telephone number. When I stated they had my cell number they got
