    Hands down the worst experience we’ve had with an accountant in 25+ years of business. We took our taxes and a few other matters to David Stackrow, who assured us we’d be building a partnership that would last. Nothing could be further from our experience. Sparse communication, fragmented work, stonewalling and gaslighting have been the core aspects of the relationship. Attention to detail or any of the kindness and empathy usually present in a partnership has been woefully absent. We’ve tried everything to make it work, from being flexible to waiting weeks on end, all to culminate with consistent and blatant unprofessionalism. There is an arrogance within this establishment that is palpable, and it’s backed up by words that fail to match any real strategic action or industry-specific wisdom. Do not trust your business to this firm, or to Mr. Stackrow.
