  I had the most amazing 5 installers (John T**** & T.J. did the doors, John Z., Skyler, & Roy did windows) who worked in below freezing temperatures the day after my city was in a state of emergency for a major snow storm. The company sent two full crews to install in one day vs. 2 days before the next major snowstorm hit hours later. The gentleman (Patrick McCarthy) who did the measurements came out to inspect the work and everything was perfect. They cleaned up and had tarps on my floors. They even put back up my window blinds and brackets. I highly recommend Comfort Windows & Doors and will use them again in the future.

  There is something wrong with everything they installed, Doors, and windows. The installers removed more than necessary, covered errors with molding. doors have air gaps etc. Was told buy salesmen, would get a patio door to fit original opening, when second person measured, he said was getting same size, so added a few inches to door. They came to install patio and stated they needed to remove 20 inches from wall. They also removed items from my yard that did not belong to them. Terrible customer service, I decided I was no longer interested in the patio door until all the errors were corrected. They told me to have patio door installed, then they would correct all problems. I have been waiting over two months for an answer from them. Waste of time and energy dealing with them. The manager I was directed to it’s always “we will call you tomorrow.” They never do.

  The guys that worked on my house were fantastic! The communicated, and answered questions and brainstormed ideas on the spot. They took their time and it is paying off because the work looks gorgeous! I highly recommend Jon, he was in charge, and the team at Comfort!

  Excellent work done at my house replacing large windows. Felix and Bill were friendly and knowledgeable and professional. From the sales person to completion of job I found the Comfort window team easy to work with and I would recommend them.

  So pleased with the work done by Comfort. From the renovation of my bathroom & new roof on my garage I couldn’t be happier. Comfort came through once again with the installation of 3 new doors. They are very professional, considerate, friendly & their work ethic is awesome. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

  I was supposed to get windows from them, after months of waiting I was notified with a weeks notice they were unavailable. Terrible customer service, and I had decided I was no longer interested. I’ve made many complaints that I’m no longer interested and am interested in canceling. They’re trying to claim by contract I’m responsible for full price which their contract doesn’t state so. Waste of time and energy dealing with them. The manager I was directed to has minimal answers and it’s always “we will call you tomorrow.”
