      I underwent two nasal surgeries at ENT and Allergy Associates in 2017 and 2020 under Dr. ***** After trusting their care, I was left with persistent breathing problems, internal collapse, and flare-ups. When I saw a new surgeon in 2024 for help, I was told the previous surgeon (Dr. ***** cut too much cartilage, leaving my nose without structure. I was emotionally devastated, physically struggling to breathe, and spent thousands out of pocket.After submitting a formal complaint and asking for reimbursement, I was dismissed and mailed a letter stating ENT could not confirm if anyone else touched my nose a statement I found deeply unprofessional, especially considering my extensive surgical history with their office. The letter offered no accountability, compassion, or support just a cold decision is final.Their response has worsened my emotional health. I am now in therapy dealing with anxiety, insecurity, and trauma from these failed procedures. This isnt just about surgery its about how patients are treated when things go wrong. The way my concerns were handled, ignored, and invalidated is beyond disappointing.ENT and Allergy Associates needs to be held accountable for the lasting damage theyve caused, both physically and emotionally.
